Questions & Answers
Our rentals include a 3-day rental period (pickup/delivery day, event day, and return day). All arrangements are professionally cleaned and prepped before each rental. A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Full payment is due 30 days before your event.
We proudly serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Denton, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by distance from our studio. Contact us for availability in your specific area.
Yes! We offer three service levels: self-pickup (you pick up and set up), delivery only (we deliver to your venue), and full installation (we deliver, set up, and break down). Full installation is recommended for arches, large installations, and complex designs.
With self-pickup, you visit our studio to collect your rentals and return them after your event. With delivery, we bring everything to your venue and pick it up afterward. Delivery includes careful transport in our climate-controlled vehicle to ensure your florals arrive in perfect condition.
We understand that events can be unpredictable. Minor wear is expected and covered. For significant damage or loss, repair or replacement costs will be assessed from the security deposit. We'll walk you through our damage policy in detail when you book so there are no surprises.
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak event season (April–October). Popular items and dates book quickly. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we'll do our best to make it work for your event.
